Danny's Pianos

INVENTORS BEWARE!

Do you have new idea? Do you want to register or patent it? Before you proceed, you should read this:
I want to share my experience with those of you who are dreaming that your patented invention, if it is a hit on the market, will make you a millionaire…wrong!
I’m an inventor who is holding several patents in the USA and also in the International market.
Did you know that it is not illegal to copy, manufacture, and/or sell a patented invention in the USA? And if you are not aware of this startling fact, you will expend time and money in developing a working prototype, and then hire an attorney to do the research, if your idea does not have any conflict with another patent, then you will expend several thousand of Dollars in legal and federal fees trying to get your patent; and your idea will be published by the US Patent Office worldwide.
If your application is granted, then you will have a Patent, and unless you are financially prepared to manufacture, promote, sell, etc., your product yourself, then what are your options? Try to sell the patent; License it; Find a partner…; etc.
If your invention is a hit, the big companies will (legally) copy it and you will get NOTHING but frustrations while they garner all the profits.
Sure, you can sue them, but it will cost you a fortune! Be prepared to expend half a million Dollars to start a lawsuit and the average lawsuit will cost you, in most cases, two or three million in legal fees! And that’s for EACH infringement! Most of us can’t afford this so you will give up; and that’s the strategy of the big companies!
So my message to you is: I want to discourage you from patenting or registering anything, don’t expend money in attorney’s fees, because they won’t tell you all this up front and the government will just take your money and will not give you any kind of protection for your Intellectual Property.
I lost over $150,000 in patent fees, and I can’t say that they stole my Patent because, again, it is not a crime in this country to infringe a Patent, it is just a civil matter; therefore Hailun Piano Co., together with Vienna International Inc., (who are the culprits making thousands of Dollars with my invention) and I get NOTHING!
Patents are only good for the big companies and not for the little guy like me.
